What is Advanced Enviro))Septic?Manufacturing
Advanced Enviro))Septic pipes are manufactured in a factory equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the plastics industry.
The manufacturing process starts with reheating plastic pellets and ends with cutting the pipes in 3-meter lengths. The following pictures show the main steps of Advanced Enviro))Septic manufacturing.
In this step, the pellets are heated until the obtention of a plastic paste. This paste is then forced through a nozzle to obtain the pipe’s cylindrical shape.
The mold is made of several semicircles that surround the plastic cylinder. When the mold closes, the wall is sucked-up into the cavities to obtain the characteristic profile of Advanced Enviro))Septic pipes.
The Advanced Enviro))Septic pipe is then cooled down with water jets inside a cooling bath.
Once cooled, the Advanced Enviro))Septic pipe is perforated from the outside. The precise cut creates the skimmer notches inside the pipe.
The non-braided polypropylene fibrous membrane, the bioaccelerator and the exterior geotextile membrane are then sewn in position.
An automated system cuts the pipes, covered with membranes, in 3-m (10′) lengths. The Advanced Enviro))Septic pipe is then prepared for shipping.
